A visit to the quarry

If you know us, you know we love to go for walks around the quarry. It's so pretty, and I like to pretend that I live there. Minus some of the people that like to fish there. They can't be there, in my fantasy. I have standards. Anyways......we took Joy for her 1st visit, yesterday. She liked it. Lets face it, she likes to go out and about. She's a traveler. We saw deer and bunnies. She was especially excited about the bunny. There's a bunny on the cover of her favorite book.

Yesterday was also her 1st really good day, since we came home. She slept 14 hours that night, and was a much nicer girl! Last night, she slept 8 1/2 hours, but still had a good day.

We went to the doctor, today. It meant another shot, a TB test and a finger prick. She was displeased. Especially after having such a nice picknik on the examining table. How rude! But, all was well. We went to see Daddy at work and he brought McDonald's. Ahh.....health food!
