A girl and her shoes!

When families go to China to meet their children, one thing (well many, actually) everyone buys are squeaky shoes. They are generally leather, come in a zillion styles and squeak. And.....they're cheap! Some people buy tons of 'em. A couple pairs in every size. We bought 6 pairs, I think. I tried to be practical. I know......I'm no fun. It's not like she has no other shoes. She has lots! And she loves them all! Every time we are in her room, she trots over to the closet to look at them. She will chose several and carry them around the room, oohing and aahing.
