See that face down there? That is one happy little girl. That is the little girl who has been begging (seriously, begging) to see the Fresh Beat Band in concert. A few months back, I happened to see a post about them touring. So, we looked into it and they were on tour! Oh, the excitement!!!! So, for her birthday, Joy got Fresh Beat Band tickets and today was the big day. And I do mean BIG. So, we piled into the car and headed South. Yep. South. Peoria, to be exact. And it was awesome! You guys....rent yourself some kids (cause it might seem weird to be there without some) and go to this concert! It was soooo much fun! Joy had a blast! They sang all her favorite songs. They had huge beach balls bouncing about the audience. They made silly jokes. And, at the very end, there was confetti. What could be better? I haven't been to a concert since....well...highschool (Duran Duran, anyone?) and this was soooo much better! So much fun! And watching Joy have one of her dreams come true, was priceless.
