Yesterday was Joy's birthday. She is now the big 4! This year she was very excited about her birthday, which was fun. Since Chinese New Year is today, we decided to have a Chinese New Year Birthday. We had Eggrolls, Shumai, Shrimp and Noodles, Beef Stir-fry, rice, Green Tea, Almond Cookies, Fortune Cookies, Oranges and smoked Salmon. Yummy! The cake wasn't as pretty as I imagined it would be, but I am no cake decorator! It was yummy, though!
