So.............someone's having a birthday this weekend and it happens to coincide with Chinese New Year. Joy is very into anything Chinese right now, so we are having a CNY birthday party! I have made 100 eggrolls (of which 91 are still here.....Daddy!), 84 Shumai and 125 Almond cookies. I have also made some lanterns, which are pretty awesome, if I do say so myself. Which I do. The queen has a lovely Chinese dress to wear (which she hates) and I found the coolest cake yesterday! Wait til you see that one! Waaaaay cool! Seriously cool. Now, if Daddy doesn't share his cold and we get back from Minnesota on time we will have one heck of a party!!!!
