Easter

Happy day after Easter! Joy had a nice first Easter and looked soooooo adorable! Of course I may or may not be biased. She loved starting her morning by getting a basket of candy. Who wouldn't like that? We went to Mass and she charmed everyone in Church, as usual. Who doesn't love a little girl who giggles and waves? She's too funny. Once again, I perhaps am biased. Perhaps. Then, off to Aunt Rita's for dinner and......what? More baskets full of candy? This is the best day! And we had awesome weather! It was in the 70's and sunny! How is that possible? We came home thru thunderstorms and Joy was not happy. She screamed. All the way home. That is so tedious. Seriously. We need earplugs in that car! Seriously. But, she was happy as a little bunny once we got home. We are in full spring mode, here. The Cubs are playing (and winning) their first game, lawn is being mowed, the park calls and bare piggies have been seen....and the Cubs are now losing. I'd better go put my socks on. Apparently it's not quite spring. Sigh. Here we go again!
