I took Trina to the cancer specialist this morning. She has cancer. Nothing they can do to cure her, but many options to prolong her life. None of them cheap, of course. They can do radiation for $2500. There is a new trial drug for about $150 for 6 months. Or there's management for 2-3 months. Not good news......We are going with management for now. None of these more expensive treatments will stop the inevitable. We are going to lose her and I just want her to be as comfy as possible during that time. So.....a few prayers, if you please.....and could you maybe ask God to stop tossing death our way???? This will be the 3rd death in this family in the past 12 months, and we are getting a good deal of Heaven talk in these days.....but, we could use a break KWIM????
I too have kitty babies. All of our babies have died of cancer. Usually when a kitty develops cancer it is too late. Love her and keep her close. My thoughts and prayers are with you. She is a very lucky kitty to have found parents like you.
